By using Two Truths & a Lie ("the Game"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
The Game is a free, browser-based social game where users write three statements (two truths and one lie) and share them with others to guess which is the lie. No account or registration is required.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit. By creating a game, you agree that your statements:

The Game's design, code, and branding are our property. User-submitted statements remain the property of the user who created them. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display it within the Game.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability shall not exceed zero pounds sterling, as the Game is provided free of charge.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Game or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Game at any time without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
